We added LaManchas to our farm as a way to ensure
fresh, organic goat milk for our family. Turns out,
they gave us more than healthy, great tasting milk,
they gave us their heart and stole ours in the process.
Every LaMancha at our farm lives a pampered life &
gives back more in personality & milk than our pails
can hold.
Welcome
Though they love it here on the farm, the girls
decided they wanted to be in show business, so
we let them give it a whirl & they did make our
farm proud. We hope you enjoy viewing our
family of LaManchas, and come back often.

Grand Terra's Miss Expectation
Grand Terra's Mink
Mink & Miss Expectation--Full Sisters
Grand Terra's Ultra Payne
Miss Expectation's 1st Progeny--Ultra Payne
We are featuring these 3 does that competed at the ADGA Nationals in Louisville, KY, June 2010 because of
their relationship to each other. Mink was the 2nd Place Jr. Kid, Missy was the 4th Place Three Year Old
Milker, and Ultra Payne was the 2nd Place Junior Yearling. We are proud of all of our placers, but these three
are definitely demonstrating the strength of their family genetic background. One cannot help but admire
and respect everyone who played a part in the continued development of this line of genetics. This is what
we all like to see happen in our various maternal lines. We cannot begin to acknowledge everyone that has
been involved in these genes without the possibility of leaving someone out, but we do appreciate all of the
hard work and dedication that went into this line & we are excited to be a part of its continued growth. We
like what we are seeing, and hope we can inject some genetic improvement in future generations.

Grand Terra's Diamond
UPDATE: Since our June feature of the does above, we felt
the need to include "Diamond" (Mink's littermate sister) to
this grouping of does. Diamond was also shown at Nationals
and was the 11th place Junior Kid. Mink, Diamond, & Sergio
(the buck that was part of these very special triplets) were
born on 4-3-10. Diamond was the smallest of the three, & she
continues to be much smaller than Sergio (huge), Mink
(really large for age), but she is definitely beginning to
blossom now. Diamond is an extremely dairy & correct
doeling. All three kids have different looks and styles, and if
we had not personally assisted with their kidding, we would
never have believed they came from the same litter. Diamond
was the Best Junior Doe in Show at the Kansas State Fair in
September 2010. Way to go Diamond, & we proudly add you
to our feature above.
